Filming blog

 To start off with my filming I first made sure I had all the products I needed. After that I then went over my storyboard to know where I needed to film and what I needed to film. Once all this was done I began filming. It took around 30 minutes to get all my shots right. The weather that day wasn't the best to I had to pause to wait for the wind, or to make sure it wasn't going to start raining. Filming went really good. Since I am working by myself, there was some complications. It got hard sometimes trying to film certain things. But I did end up doing it, and getting all the shots needed. I chose to film on the tables on the patio. That way the background was nice, and looked better then a classroom. I made a commercial for Papermate pens. So it wasn't too hard to film by myself. I also had to wait for good lighting. And I needed to get all the positions right. With the research I did, I knew what to do. I also had a lot of inspiration, so I didn't go into it blind. After I was finished filming I watched all the clips and picked the ones I wanted. I didn't this to make sure I liked them and they were good. Then I started to edit it.

Adding effects!

       To start off with editing I re-watched all my clips. Since I had a lot of re filmed scenes. I deleted the bloopers and the clips and the ones I didn't need. After this I used iMovie again. I used this last time and I really enjoyed using it. I put some scenes in first and cut out of whatever I didn't need. I then had to line up the music with the shots. This took some time to do because some of the scenes were longer than the music part was. The music video also has to be 1:15 seconds. So knowing this I put all the clips I wanted and saw how long it was all together. All together it was 1 minute and 35 seconds. So I had to cut out some things to make it shorter. I did this until the time was right and wasn't over or under. I also wanted to add different effects and slow motions shots. So I went to the scenes and added that over whatever scenes it would look good. When doing this I realized I wanted to move some shots around. So some new scenes don't match with...

The lighting is typically dim and dark for the action scenes and typical lighting for regular dialogue scenes.   the action includes fighting, running, car chases, and physical fighting. The make up typically is bruises and blood for when the characters are hurt, and the make up that matches the costume the characters are in.  Common CAMS:  The common camera angles used in romance film include high angles mid shots extreme long shots and close-ups. This helps set the scene and establish characters. The common movements include pan and tilt, tracking, and the zoom. common sounds include dialogue, movie soundtrack, internal dialogue, and narration. Common Clamps:  The common costumes include whatever fits the characters the best and their personality. The lighting typically is bright and takes place during the daytime and represents whatever mood the main character is feeling.
